Favoritisms,Racist, management are all related, management only has managements back, HR is for management not the employees, management fires employees because of hearsay and race, the same temporary workers been there since the place opened up and the company won’t hire some of them because they are Mexican or African , this place needs to be addressed, unfair to employees if you complain about favoritism,racism, you will have a target on your back and will soon be out the door unless you kiss the Framily’s behind, you can smoke weed in the parking lot, you can come to work drunk, You will only get away with this if you are one of managements favorite
