      Pros

      Apart from the spas being nicely fitted out, I struggle to find any pros about working for endota in their spas.

      Cons

      Overworked/completely unvalued staff Contract/fairwork rights completely ignored No work life balance Dysfunctional staff due to being used and abused Staff poor behavior never addressed and allowed to continue Owners refuse to simply honor staff contractual rights Working long hours with often minimal to no lunch break Working public holidays Owners will do ANYTHING for bookings usually at the expense of their staff (booking in staff lunch break, after hours without asking) If you value your mental health, do not take a position here.

      Not Worth Staying Endota Malvern

      Pros

      Lovely client base, Clean and tidy spa , Nice fellow team mates.

      Cons

      Alot of stress and pressure on selling products even if clients don't need them . Pushing add on's also. Having to face a "chat" about your selling at the end of a hard shift or first thing in the morning. Being the last one on shift and having to clean the entire spa and not get paid for staying back & then get more abuse about how the place is not being kept clean. Treatments being squeezed in when there is not enough time to do it which leaves us running late which then means clients complain about us!!! Terrible manager there who just cares about money money money.....clearly forgotten about what beauty therapy is all about. HUGE staff turnover, disrespectful of staff -NO WORK LIFE BALANCE HERE
