      Pros

      Great technology, we have 20 years in the Network Visibility industry. Great people, many have been here 15 years, many less than a year. Great Customers from the top end of the market. Profitable, Growing. Our salaries sit above the industry median, and we have a profit share program. We just handed out 18% of the company to ALL staff in the form of RSRs (Options with zero strike price).

      Cons

      Currently simplifying the business to streamline operations. Growing R&D again. Re-investing in innovation to gain back some lost ground.

      Friday beers, and that's about it

      Cons

      Management and middle management are not supportive of workers or any individual suffering from workplace bullying. Team Leaders are not trained how to manage people and if employees kick up a fuss they are 'managed'out of the business. HR is negligible and there is too much power that bosses have over their employees.

      I just found out the VP People is leaving, what a blow. Another women out of the business and a good one too. Come on Endace losing women and your key people role. Wake up.
