Endace interview questions

First I had a phone interview with the Team manager and Director. It was pretty straightforward which tested my skills in Networking and Communication skills. Then they flew me over to their NJ office which had a group interview where I spoke with about 6 people. I should say the questions were pretty good and mainly they were focusing on how well I communicate and my attitude towards the customer as this role involved frequent communication with the customer. After a week or so they asked for references to speak with my previous managers. The process was overall good and quick.

1. a phone screening 2. face-to-face interview with team leader and a senior engineer, than chat to another team manager separately 3. asked for uni transcript and called to both of my two referees. 4. got the offer
