      Awesome place to work, great people and few minor issues.

      Pros

      (almost) Everybody is super-friendly and cooperative. Good mix of technically capable and motivated people. Friendly and cozy work environment... as long as you do your job in a reliable way.

      Cons

      Not many chances to meet colleagues, especially with/for people outside US. There's only so much career-path available, since it's a small-medium company. Some parts of the company take more merits than they deserve.

      Many talented and smart people who care about the work and doing a great job. Great opportunity to learn and grow. Schedule flexibility and ability to work remotely. Opportunity to be creative/entrepreneurial. Casual work environment.

      Cons

      Much of the company works remotely, which makes communication a little more difficult.
