      It's a job. It pays the bills.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Terrible pay. Zero structure and organization. No direction from leadership. High school bullies run the company.

      Awesome people employed there - the ones who work anyway.

      Cons

      Upper management/ownership is full of perverse nepotism. HR issues galore but when HR is just as compromised, its pretty hard to see changes or accountability.
