Great management. Formal employee of 6 years. Good balance of home and work

Travel and locations are not organized properly. People wanting to work local will be states away from home, while people states away are working in your hometown.

Awesome people employed there - the ones who work anyway.

Upper management/ownership is full of perverse nepotism. HR issues galore but when HR is just as compromised, its pretty hard to see changes or accountability.
