      Pros

      Leadership here genuinely cares about the people they've hired and it shows. Good work is consistently recognized and celebrated, which goes a long way in keeping teams motivated. Despite being fully remote and distributed, the culture feels remarkably close-knit and supportive; it doesn't feel like you're working in isolation. What really sets this company apart is the mission. The product has real, tangible value for customers and contributes to better environmental compliance. It's the kind of work you can feel good about at the end of the day.

      Cons

      Honestly, not many. At times, managing multiple high-priority projects or navigating shifts in direction can be tricky but that's startup life, and the team handles it well. The company also places a strong emphasis on using AI to augment and accelerate work. I have mixed feelings personally, as I care about preserving human creativity, but I've never been pushed to use AI in ways that cross that line for me.

      Great people to work with. I think we do really help companies do a better job with environmental regs. There's enough ambition to keep it interesting.

      Cons

      It's a startup so can feel resource constrained at times. Some parts can be a grind.
