Pros
I love working at talech. I love the environment we have created and the peers that I get to work with. I love the open communication we have when it comes to new ideas and trying new solutions that work for everyone.
Cons
Slack is an inconsistent tool to use for help Only some positions that are available are announced to the floor. Not giving us the opportunity to apply for positions to further ourselves in the company. New ticketing process is very confusing and takes a lot of time to make sure it is done correctly . Some calls requiring up to 4 tickets to be created with customer holding. Emails from management requesting agents to fulfill certain requests for rewards. But rewards are never received.
