I have been in this field for many years, and I must say that the management at this company is some of the most ineffective and damaging I have ever encountered. Minor issues are routinely escalated into company-wide crises, and the repeated discontinuation of bonuses and salary revisions has fostered a toxic work environment.
The removal of sick leave benefits, along with the regular termination of employees without compensation or proper notice, demonstrates a complete disregard for staff well-being.
Every colleague I know works after hours and on weekends just to keep up—and to avoid the looming fear of being fired the next day. It genuinely feels like a sinking ship. This is not a place where you’ll grow or learn. You will spend your time training AI with “vibe-coding,” under constant stress, feeling expendable, and waking up each day wondering if it’s your last at the company.
You’ll receive frequent emails from the CEO announcing that, on top of losing bonuses, you may also lose vacations, sick days, any opportunity for learning, and possibly even part of your salary—without any clear communication channels or discussion.
If you don’t like it, the message is clear: leave.
I wouldn’t recommend this experience to my worst enemies. To be clear, I hold no ill will toward anyone I’ve worked with—this company has some of the kindest, most accepting, and warmest colleagues I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. But the management desperately needs to change.
