Management’s communication style can often feel patronizing, leading to quick burnout and low motivation. Furthermore, there is a glaring, organization-wide retention issue: the vast majority of employees who are not tied to the company via visa sponsorship have either already resigned or are actively planning their exit. Management appears to leverage visa dependencies to sustain these intense working conditions, resulting in an environment where the only people staying are those who feel they have no choice.
