      The scale-up environment can be a bit overwhelming at the very beginning, however, the o9 onboarding and the buddy program are a great support for all the new joiners.

      Pros

      Good branded clients and room for learning real world supply chain problems.

      Cons

      work life balance is zero. Calls from 7am and late night calls every single day till midnight irrespective of whichever country someone is based out of. . If health is someone’s priority it is better to look elsewhere. The flexible work hours are crap marketing to motivate employees but everyone knows nothing is flexible here. Career growth is damn slow and regional politics halts progress.
