      1. Hike is very good compared to market standards 2. Office is amazing 3. Food and Cafeteria is also good 4. Amazing people

      Cons

      1. Most of the clients are from US , hence late working hours 2. People are overworking because of a good hike, but that really reduces good Work-Life Balance

      Pros

      Good branded clients and room for learning real world supply chain problems.

      Cons

      work life balance is zero. Calls from 7am and late night calls every single day till midnight irrespective of whichever country someone is based out of. . If health is someone’s priority it is better to look elsewhere. The flexible work hours are crap marketing to motivate employees but everyone knows nothing is flexible here. Career growth is damn slow and regional politics halts progress.
