Pros
It may be hard to believe, but there are not any.
Cons
This is the ultimate ego-driven, self-aggrandizing VC capital incinerator. - The behavior of the founders exhibits every red flag imaginable. Their behavior is such a caricature of what not to do in essentially every dimension that it often seems like it must be a joke, but it is not. - Precisely zero coherent company objectives, business plan, or team atmosphere - Constant attempts to reset cap table in favor of founders over employees by launching vacuous "spinoff" companies from a parent company with a failed business model - Extremely low quality engineering results exclusively from the entire company being compelled to follow the founders around the work chat like a band of sycophants or risk being fired - Incessant attempts to latch on to hype trains with respect to which the "leadership" has no credibility, expertise, or interest to authentically engage those who do The only "successes" claimed by this company derive from arguably predatory acquisition and licensing deals. It is truly shameful and dangerous that academic medical centers have "partnered" with them, and, in doing so, provided them access to precious healthcare data they have absolutely no capacity to do anything valuable with. Worse, due to their flippant and negligent attitude, they may incorrectly feel they have the right to effectively sell access to such data or its summary statistics to pharmaceutical, insurance, or other companies.
