Also if you help others you get to understand their project as well as you gain more knowledge, confidence and experience - salary on time
Cons
- Only one client in Mumbai office hence no job security and also can't change client - Flexible working hours should be provided. Emphasis should be work done and not on time spent in office - Bad work culture - Late and additional working hours and work on weekends and on holidays without pay - Office politics
