      1. No dedicated company restrooms ,everyone uses shared building toilets, which aren’t always clean. 2. Delayed or no responses from management and HR to emails/messages. 3. Workplace feels frustrating and lacks professionalism. 4. No proper handover process for tasks. 5. Frequent weekend work required. 6. Daily commute is often challenging. 7. Hot-desking and unreliable LAN/Wi‑Fi disrupt productivity. 8. AC is switched off every afternoon. 9. HR doesn’t always follow company policies and can be overly authoritative. 10. Suitable only for those comfortable with a demanding, unstructured work environment.
