Pros
monday.com truly excels at employee experience. The offices are incredible, the perks are top-tier, and the hybrid model (2 days WFH) offers a great work-life balance. The company genuinely cares about making the workplace an enjoyable environment for its employees.
Cons
While the company itself is great, the local SDR management in Israel is a major issue and the primary driver behind exceptionally high team turnover. The role is handled completely differently than in ROW, facing much more aggressive KPIs, lacking structure, direction, and positive reinforcement.
