I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at monday.com (Tel Aviv) in Jun 2026
Interview
The recruiter was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to throughout the interview process. She asked thoughtful and relevant questions that helped create a productive conversation, and she was very transparent about the role, the company, and the different stages of the hiring process. I especially appreciated her honesty and clear communication, which made the overall experience very positive and comfortable.

Their HR is the worst! First round phone interview felt like she was just ticking thr boxes asking questions that’s already written on my CV. Her attitude was really unprofessional. When questions were asked she didn’t know the actual reason or what they need to fill this role.

Brilliant early stages. Embarrassing final round.
The process itself was well structured up to the final round — an initial conversation with the recruiter, followed by interviews with the hiring team which were professional, engaging, and genuinely positive. I went into the final stage with high expectations.
The final round was with a Senior director who was recently hired, a different experience entirely. The interviewer arrived late. He mentioned within the first few minutes that he had been at Monday.com for less than two months — which, for a final-stage interview, raised immediate questions about why this person had been chosen for it and no one else was present for it. The tone throughout was casual to the point of being unprofessional; it felt more like an informal chat than a structured leadership interview. Rather than focusing on the role or my experience, he spent considerable time talking about himself — including the fact that he had interviewed over 1,000 candidates and never gets personality wrong. My career history came up, including moves that resulted from redundancies, which is a sensitive topic that was not handled with any particular care — notable given that his own CV shows no role held for more than two years. The whole experience left me feeling weird that a friend who saw me immediately afterwards asked what had happened, as it was quite intense. I also remember one statement which made me think he had predetermined his thoughts on me, he previously worked at a company which i mentioned was hiring he replied ' have you applied for them then' which i found odd.
