Great company and people - Sr Developer/Tech lead incapsulate Employee Review

- WFH, clear growth paths & goal setting, transparent leadership, consistent team recognition, and fun virtual social events.

Need to allow more time for consultants to prepare for certifications.

Not sure of any pros to report, never got here to work.

Lengthy interview process, all the way to offer, and despite stating minimum salary up front got a complete lowball offer. Apparently they "couldn't get approved" for my salary. I felt like I was at a car dealer! I wonder what else they were hiding!
