Pros

There are no pros. I repeat...none!

Cons

Oh, here we go: - Small company. No set business processes. Things are all over the place. - As a new hire, you are expected to find your own way and resources. No hand holding. No official training period. Different people have different expectations. The people who work here are fake. Will throw you under the bus any change they get. One of the absolute worst places to work for. Definitely a slave shop. Some consistency is good. Benefits are pathetic. No unlimited overtime. FYI - Do not let the recruiter you talk to sell this company to you because that's their job. From day one - I knew I was going to jump ship. Casing point - For anyone joining this firm (if that's even the right word for this dump) - Don't. You'd regret it. There's so many places that are better. Recruiters are also writing up positive reviews on this site, but do the math - I didn't look at glassdoor before joining but oh I wish that I did. I repeat - Run! This place is horrid! And most of the people here are wack. They will say something behind you back, instead of just saying it to your face - why? B/C they are scared of confrontation.

I am sorry you feel this way. We tried everything we could to make this situation work, and it's unfortunate that it didn't. But I will clarify again, like I did earlier this week, that we do not have a culture of throwing anyone under the bus. We are guilty of having high expectations of everyone we employ, starting from the CEO. But we are proud of the challenging yet collaborative environment we create for all employees alike. It is a very small world, and our paths will cross again, so all I wish you is much luck in your next endevours.

Pros

Pros? Hmm...I guess no one lit me on fire

Cons

If you're not an Indian, you won't survive here. They put all the Indians in management positions. When the client starts scratching their head why nothing is being done, the company fires the workers who are just trying to do their job based on instructions from incompetent management. The issue is still there, but the Indians do whatever they can to get in charge so they can cover up their own bad managing. There's favoritism beyond that too, which makes it worse. This is a company that doesn't believe in teamwork, only backstabbing. This was without a doubt, the WORST environment I ever worked in. People were 6 inches from one another at all times because of the poor working conditions this company didn't even check into before grabbing the contract.

Pros

Steady, on-time pay; ability to work from home; medical benefits

Cons

As others have stated: they abuse their employees, they grossly underpay employees (and quite unfair amongst employees with the same title with same qualifications), expect you to work 24/7, they don't respect their employees, they micro-manage and nit-pick (particularly if management don't like you personally) and attempt to demean you with other employees present, management is out of touch and I too firmly believe the company is racist (although it's, ironically, Indian-owned); If you are thinking of joining this company, I would strongly implore you to look elsewhere...particularly you shouldn't waste your time if you are not Caucasian or Indian.
