Pros

Unlimited paid time off Good holiday closures Remote work

Cons

Absolutely tone-deaf executive leadership Horrendous platform changes (feels like we've gone back several years) New leaders are plain rude and disrespectful compared to those who have all left for better places Salaries are totally laughable - people with higher titles have made less money to those with lower titles Used to receive annual merit increases but they gave employees the shaft on that despite the president and CEO (Anna) boasting about the best year in profits and revenue They have stripped away several benefits that used to exist—and they don't announce when they do, lacking transparency Culture used to be amazing and it's all gone to the wayside thanks to the terrible executive leadership The new CEO (Anna) boasted about her promotion in the same meeting that she announced company layoffs. Operations leadership is cruel and refuses to consider any feedback about anything they roll out, which has been terrible shortsighted

Pros

Over the last year, the agency has been filled with more experts that are dedicated to continuing imre's growth as the AOR choice for clients.

Cons

As with any company who is growing (big or small), there are of course growing pains. While perceived by many as a "con", it is standard for any company. I've listed it here as a con, but I'll tell you I've worked at many agencies, large and small, and EVERY one of them has similar issues in their own way. That's just the nature of the industry we chose to work in.

Pros

Nice enough people, not really connected however.

Cons

Depending upon what account you're working on or what time zone you're working from not a whole lot of interaction with other employees. Also, truly felt like a number value or ungreased cog on a wheel.
