The IMRE interview began with a brief self-introduction, followed by technical questions related to my research experience. The panel focused on problem-solving abilities, lab skills, and motivation for joining IMRE. They also discussed future project interests and asked how my background fits with their current research focus.

Super easy, basic questions about experience. Be prepared to answer how you keep up to date with trends they loved that question. Overall, easy process and quick turnaround. I heard back within the next day.
