Not flexible. And you are blamed if the student picked material they didn’t like. The student could rate you as a 1 even if the material wasn’t your fault, and then you would have no classes. I had a student who picked a class that talked about energy drinks. We practiced English language, I was very engaging, but in the end, the student was dissatisfied with the material even though it was chosen. They noted the material in their 1 rating and I never got a class since.
