Pros
No other option in my country and the local companies want slaves no holidays and best performace all time. Better work online and a few hours and many holidays and live the life in peace and without changing the job every 6 months
Cons
Low pay per class, no increments, poor materials, takes them long to have a pleasant User interface UI of the web and not very pro on the system maintenance
