Pros
Many of the reviews on here point to smart colleagues and a great culture as a major plus for iMentor, and that's true. The org does a good job hiring exceptional talent. Sadly, problems at the top mean that they cannot hold onto great people for long.
Cons
The CEO does not know how to run an organization - he has openly stated he does not believe in strategy, and refuses to make data-driven decisions even when the data are clear. As such, there is huge pressure to 'make the numbers fit the conclusions' instead of the other way around. This is not a way to make decisions or to grow sustainably. Furthermore, this disdain for critical analysis means that meaningful improvements to the program model or to the mentor experience are not possible - unless the CEO thought of it, it's not a good idea and cannot be implemented. The conclusion of this is that the only people who rise through the org are those willing to say yes to his ideas uncritically - disagree, and you'll find yourself sidelined. The leadership levels turn over rapidly, and this is a huge reason why.
