      A secure environment for learning, where mistakes are seen as opportunities for growth or as indicators of process gaps. Good Flexibility The leaders ensure we take time off if we put in extra hours. Office Lunches. Snacks Pets( you can bring them in daily)

      Pros

      Ability to travel to different parts of the United States and Canada.

      Cons

      ill client project preparation leads to terrible go-lives and onsites for implementation. Pay is non competitive and they took commission away.
