8yThank you for your candor here. As I have said many times, I always welcome the opportunity for anyone in the company with ideas of how to improve our service to please come and talk to me, so I am encouraging you to share yours with me as well. I agree that several key aspects of the product absolutely needed to be brought up to speed. It’s not glamorous work, but it is necessary. This is why we scrapped Guided Communication and rebuilt comm. This might be where our agreement ends. With the product roadmap and projects like Premium and Favorites, we are seeing increases across the board in our important metrics. This tells me that we are on the right path. Getting the core product working as smoothly as possible is the first step. It might not be sexy, but it is critical.
