Once you start prospecting, you'll have NO tools. They told me before I started that I'd have a bunch of leads from marketing and channels which I never received. No Salesforce (they use MSD), zoominfo, linkedin nav, no leads, no channels, etc.. Everyone is essentially a BDR so unless you like making 200 calls a week, stay away. You'll also have no room for growth since the teams are small with a few AE's and 4-5 managers in the country.
