Pros
Company has very talented people. Some of the employees we had are in top positions at Yahoo, Google, Microsoft. Environment is good until you run into the politics and management.
Cons
People who have been with the company for a long time are in top positions and basically think in DOS mode. They feel challenged when someone bright brings in new ideas. Cronism behind the scenes.
