Cons
There are cons which are obvious 1) Work Life balance is poor as most of the projects deadlines are scheduled properly. The management is struggling in identifying the development work and support work 2) Salaries are very low as compared to a tag of a product based firm. So if you are expect a big pay check, it's a wrong place. It is not a cash rich company 3) There are hardly any facilities in eGain offices worldwide. Whether it is German, British, Indian or American office. No recreational things to entertain yourself if you want to bust stress 4) No perks like free/subsidised food, tshirts or anything. In working eGain is a service sector company just they have a tag of product based firm 5) Office is packed with tons of employees in India office. Office utilities like toilets, water bottles , coffee all are insufficient since it is designed for a small company. In nutshell, its a mess.
