Generous gifts and hampers, good people in the trenches with you. World class design lead, pitty he’s so poorly supported by the rest of the business.
Cons
High staff turnover, too much focus on sales, not enough focus on product, which leads to massive customer churn when they realise it’s all smokes and mirrors. Huge technical debt incurred over years of mismanagement and poor strategic vision
