7yIt is disappointing to read your review, not because it doesn’t paint a particular positive picture but because this goes against all our beliefs at E-Solutions and the experiences that are shared by so many of us. New hires are tomorrow’s superstars and we invest a lot of time and efforts in helping them achieve their full potential, starting with a week’s induction. We are passionate about our values so people need to demonstrate them, and if you do, there’s no stopping your progression on the career pathway.
So I’m sorry that your experience hasn’t been as positive as for so many of us here. Hopefully our path will cross again and you will see that we are a great company to work for.
