Cons

esolutionsinc are fullof excuses for not releasing payments. I am stil waiting (10/16/2015) for payment for work done in April 2015 for an invoice submitted on 4/24/2015. Perhaps they are going out of business or in a financial crisis or even heading for bankruptcy.

I don't think there are any pros because they were never on the same page with the contracted company and myself

You work for them, not the actual company you're doing work at; everything is done over the internet and email and no one knows what they're doing. I wasn't paid on time because they didn't check their email properly which I sent to them and for some reason didn't even want to let me know that they didn't receive it.
