good product idea could be better

Apart from salary delays of 3-3 months, management is very bad ceo keeps interrupting you when you talk and justify why a task took more time which is when he gives unclear task and keeps on adding features to it after it deploys and then expect everything on time. lucky if you get wfh because i seen him interrupting and not listening to wfo employees but listens to rms team

Recently the whole company was taken on a workation in Jaisalmer. And it was wonderful experience for the whole team where they get to meet, greet and had fun together with a pinch of work related collaboration. I have seen no company put such efforts in team building and employee welfare.

No cons as of now.
