      Pros

      - Nothing that I can think of.

      Cons

      - Micro-management, try to keep track of every activity of employee so that employee can be harsh. - Worked for the organization for at least one year, and still have no idea what they are trying to achieve. - Marketing team is repeatedly trying to assign their tasks to the tech team. - Got a great team because of the product idea but everyone has left the company, and no one has no idea why they should stay in the organization. - Bad behavior toward women by the founder of the company, has seen two employees leave the organization for the same.

We do not fully agree with the concerns shared here and specifically about women employee, bad behavior and exploiting the rights of the women etc. As an author of this response, I am also a woman and as an HR personnel in the company I do not feel the same way.       good product idea could be better

      Apart from salary delays of 3-3 months, management is very bad ceo keeps interrupting you when you talk and justify why a task took more time which is when he gives unclear task and keeps on adding features to it after it deploys and then expect everything on time. lucky if you get wfh because i seen him interrupting and not listening to wfo employees but listens to rms team

      Pros

      Recently the whole company was taken on a workation in Jaisalmer. And it was wonderful experience for the whole team where they get to meet, greet and had fun together with a pinch of work related collaboration. I have seen no company put such efforts in team building and employee welfare.
