Pros

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience working for us. It's good to read that you had great colleagues in Cologne and outside and that middle management is doing a great job. It is correct that we are an agile and fast moving company with a flat matrix structure and I appreciate that this set up is not for everybody. I am sorry to read that this was not right for you. DataXu does have a focused strategy for Germany in place and we strongly believe that our offering is competitive. We have just opened a new office in Berlin to service our clients better and have recently refurbished our Cologne office - so it is far from forgotten.
