      Pros

      - Very talented, highly skillet yet most helpful engineers - Fair salary base - Fair benefits bonuses (until end of 2022)

      Cons

      - The worst exec. management - Always talk about positive cash flow/reserve ends up cutting benefits/bonuses and no salary increases - Follow ups with several layoffs - Shot down most important engineering part (Bejing Team), then entire EMEA + almost half of the NA Engineering team - Recognition just for certain teams

      Was a good and flexible place to work. New company that acquired works differently but do things well for their staff.

      Pros

      - Great engineering talent, true ML/AI experts - The hardest working sales team I've ever seen - #dreamteam - Rockstar CS team who handled the most difficult clients imaginable. - Platform was powered by very hard to acquire data. No easy feat to collect the data in a ever changing environment. - Company events (when we had them) were always "Premium" - Overall compensation was very competitive

      Cons

      - Poor CEO leadership and vision. Ted was incredibly disappointing, I would not recommend him any capacity. - Final M&A motion was extremely disappointing. Nothing like seeing your equity going to $0 overnight. Total kick in the b@lls. - Product Roadmap was driven by vanity metrics and KPIs. CPO didn't drive the roadmap with revenue and TAM expansion in mind.
