Pros

The only Pro i can think of - If you're a white guy with charisma and "speak the same language" to ease your way into the inner circle of the management team in London. Not meant to be offensive but it does show how shallow the management is.

Cons

1) If you don't belong to inner circle, be prepared to be thrown under the bus, regardless of work excellence. 2) Doesn't matter if you have substance or not. Just need to be adopt characteristics of a "greasy car salesman" or hired from WLT, and you'll be admitted into the inner circle and promised a beefy title or guaranteed promotion 3) Management speaks of vision to unite the company but it's only a PR exercise. If your region is not performing well, heads will roll immediately and without warning. 4) Management is hardly leadership material which one would expect - they protect self interests first (*refer to earlier point about being thrown under bus*)

Pros

The in-person meeting was nice enough

Cons

As MillerSmith was acquired by Lapine Inc (which later become adm group) every employee was promised an offer. After I attempted to have a conversation about some terms of employment, HR requested my phone number to discuss. I promptly returned their email with my phone number, only to receive the following email: "We have decided to rescind our offer." Quite the rug pull. My terms were pretty modest, as I only wanted a cost-of-living increase from the previous year.
