a bad joke

Pros

Most of the people are nice

Cons

This company is a joke. They don't know if they are coming or going. Since this review tells the truth and doesn't paint them in a positive light, they will flag it and try to have it removed and replaced with a false one. This is America and we have freedom of speech. If you don't want people to know the truth then fix the problems. The level of disorganization is disturbing. I don't know how this place is still in business. They have only been around for a year and some change so they might not be around too much longer. If you want to sit in a sardine can and have management watch over you and monitor every move you make this is for you. There are no perks. The insurance is horrible and be prepared to get sucked into this cult and be completely dedicated to them. There is no balance. They will send you on an international trip with less then 24 hours notice for now particular reason. The only people who move up are the ones in the clique. Yes! Cliques! Welcome back to high school. It doesn't matter what you know or how you do it. It only matters if you are in the "in crowd". Don't waste your time and skill set at this place because it's not going anywhere. They will tell you a bunch of lies about how you get into industry events, that's another lie. You don't get into any events. You don't get any perks. If you want to work like a dog for no benefit or career growth then this is the place to be.

Pros

There are no pros to this company.

Cons

Toxic management environment! They start with luring candidates with just a little more money than your current salary, then within 3-4 months you will end up doing the work of 2-3 people. For your bonus and annual review, they will repeatedly tell you that the company didn't meet its targets, so don't expect much. There are no perks, benefits or career progression in this company, please save yourself and look elsewhere. Good reviews are posted by HR to increase ratings.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are a fast-moving business and are currently in a period of strong growth, which means we ask our account team members to be flexible in their roles as we implement several significant new client deals. We work hard to ensure employees have the appropriate support frameworks when going through these busy periods. We offer great, competitive company benefits which vary from region to region. On a global level we offer all of our employees medical cover, competitive annual leave entitlement and a bonus scheme - and we are always looking to build upon what we offer. Over the past two years we have reviewed and enhanced our benefits and employee experience, launching our our own learning and development platform and reward and recognition schemes. We value all our current and former employees%E2%80%99 feedback. Please feel free to contact HR anytime to discuss your experience and how we can improve in the future. Thanks again for your feedback and I%E2%80%99d like to wish you all the best for your future career.

Pros

Good pay and quick promotions, even if you are a moron with no experience.

Cons

The absolute worst place I have every worked. A complete unorganized mess, no software, working within a million excel spreadsheets like the stone age. Way over staffed with everyone stepping on each other's toes. Software could simply replace at least 30 of the in-experienced buffoons working in this tiny little cramped office. Everyone running around like their behinds are on fire pretending to be busy. Nothing but a bunch of programmable robots whizzing around with their open laptops in their hands, you would think this was a restaurant and these were the servers! Upper management was completely out of touch with it's employees, they promise you the world and then forget that you exist after the first week. Dozen's of meaningless conference calls per day, micro-management, a million office rules like going back in time to elementary school, and way too many cooks in the kitchen. If that's what you like then you'll fit right in! But hey, they have a softball team!!!
