Pros
- Hardworking and kind co-workers - Fantastic office manager that really looks out for the paralegals - Usually it is one paralegal to one lawyer, which makes atty preferences easier to manage. They try to keep things similar, but each atty does have their opinion about what works best. - Summer hours: you get a half day on some Fridays during the summer (you do have to make up the hours) - Really extensive training (with trainers who are amazing at their jobs) - Possibility for a quarterly raise the first three years - Smart lawyers who really want to help you understand why/how things work in Imm. Law - Encouraging learning environment
Cons
- If you are working for various attys, things can get a bit confusing re: style preferences - Not much room to grow once you know all there is to know about immigration law
