The opinions of our current Zipsters really matter to us, as we're always looking to improve the experience for our global team.
We're really saddened to hear that parts of your experience have left you feeling this way, and it's of real concern to hear that you're feeling overworked and that your mental health isn't important. Providing Zipsters choice on how and where they work and supporting with wellbeing initiatives is a big part of our employment offer, but it appears we haven't been able to design an experience that's quite right for you. That's absolutely something we can look into for you.
If you haven't felt able to raise how you have been feeling with the team, would you be open to a confidential conversation with me? When we speak I can gather the information I need to investigate further, and then start to put some support mechanisms in place.
