Zicasso has been successful at keeping a steady stream of leads it can farm out to its TC's.
Cons
Company is run by a very domineering husband and wife team who do not always see eye to eye. There is a pronounced lack of trust between management and mid-level employees. The structure for management is top-down and does not encourage open communication, problem delineation or transparency.
