Zicasso is a fantastic company to work for if you are passionate about travel. They have a brilliant business model that connects luxury travelers with the top travel specialist partners all around the world. Perks include, free snacks and catered lunch daily, dog-friendly offices, familiarization trips with our travel partners, and incredibly friendly and amazing co-workers.
Cons
Although Zicasso is constantly trying to stay up to date with industry changes and trends, sometimes they can be a bit slow to implement new ideas. Would encourage open transparency from top-down in order to make sure all team members are on the same page. Continue to support and encourage growth from within and be open to making changes happen quicker.
