Pros
Very Flexible when it come to when you work and where you work from. They encourage you to constantly challenge yourself and think outside of the box. It's a growing company so nothing is really set in stone and make everyone's ideas important.
Cons
Since it is such a small company you have to wear a lot of hats. Some of our practices and standards are not fully developed or set. It can get a bit overwhelming at times.
