You get a take home assessment on creating a solution within the platform similar to what you will be doing for their clients and an interview with the manager. Just two rounds which is great.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about my experiences. It was a regular interview conversation to assess fit and what you can bring to the team.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zerion Software (Herndon, VA) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview was supposed to be a non-biased interview. The problem is that it asks you very specific demo questions and has you record a video that they evaluate before passing you on to Zerion.
If you are going to have someone record a video, let them know that ahead of time. Also, if you require in depth research on your company and the markets it serves, why not give the candidate a heads up on what that question will be? Especially in a screening process that doesn't involve another person but the candidate.

Question 1
Answer in a recorded video with a 5-minute limit:
1. Introduce yourself, tell us your background, and why you would make a great hire for our fast-paced and innovative company?
2. What is the value proposition of the company based on our company website and our YouTube videos and which market segments would you sell to and why?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zerion Software (West Valley City, UT) in Mar 2023
Interview
I submitted my resume, did some homework including submitting a video clip of why I want to work there and what I expect from Zerion. They kept pestering me to submit a video interview after already going through the interview process
