Remuneration is easily 3x on average of what you can reasonably get at other centres for similar workload/even lesser.
Management team is on the ground, big boss even teaches himself so he knows whats up and knows our pains as tutors
My team actually feels like a team, everyone is collaborative and genuinely trying to help each other, even if it means more work for themselves.

Cons
Workload in June can be quite crazy, though I do believe its worth it. You can decide your workload in some ways too, by just doing less crash courses, though it would mean you get less students.
