      -People(besides of the whole management team) I’ve met the best people in here, if it’s not them I’ll be gone for so long! -pay more than just minimum wage

      -Lack of communication -Worst management ever! They treated us like shxt! Never appreciate you as a person -Weekly rota

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
