      If you want to be treated as a slave get the lowest salary ever and never want to get promoted... this is your company... no future at all.

      Cons

      Meeting amazing people is the only thing you will get from zara, lot of people full of enthusiasm and looking for new challenges that never arrive.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
