Pros
- The store is very structured, so you'll only do tasks that are within your department. - Everyone is friendly, and the staff is diverse. - You can get promoted easily. - You can't stay past a certain time at the end of the night when you're closing your department.
Cons
- They don't hire quickly when you're short on staff. - Managers will have contradicting opinions. - Not all of the staff members have professional behavior at work. - There was a stealing problem in the backroom, even though we had lockers and locks.
