Reviews Feedback - Anonymous employee ZOLL Medical Employee Review

I refer to the previous feedback posted by TS on 12 Oct. I disagree on her views of the 2 manager whom she said; incompetent on products and the other one barely present in office and does the most basic jobs. My understanding and views of the 2 managers whom she referred to is in fact great managers who gets things done and gets along well with colleagues alike. they shows no airs of a manager but yet bonds well and helps the team out. a manager managing a team is correct to assign tasks to the team of engineers while he works on management aspects. nothing wrong with being outside getting things done. for the other manager, he has handled things really well which i see it with my own eyes. things are so much smoother than before. both, i respect them for their responsibility and sense of urgency. you mentioned customer complain and poor opinions of the managers. i think you are de-illusioned. without your 2 managers, things would not have flow so smoothly. in actual fact, you should be ashamed of yourself since you stated you have been with ZOLL for 5 years but things were in a mess. i do not understand TS complains about. while i do not call the work environment horrid, i believe there are improvements to be made further. perhaps TS should look at yourself before complaining so much. though i do not know who you are but this is my opinion and advice to you - work more, talk less. stop your self-centred egos and think that the world revolves around you only. good luck to the company who hire you.
